Joe is a commercially focused leader with a strong technical foundation and broad experience across engineered solutions, industrial sales, and business development. His career spans frontline operational roles, hands‑on trade work as a machinist and fleet mechanic, and progressive commercial positions in customer service, technical sales, business development, and sales management.

Joe has managed domestic and international sales portfolios, held full P&L accountability, and supported product development, production, and engineered offerings for specialised applications. He also brings extensive experience in instrumentation, detection, and safety systems, including fire detection solutions for marine environments.
