Apprenticeship & Traineeship Program
Cooper Fluid Systems operates a targeted apprenticeship and traineeship program to support the development of a highly skilled and sustainable workforce, tailored specifically to our needs.
Program participants are directly employed by Cooper Fluid Systems, with the training program managed by a specialist external provider — ensuring the highest standard of technical instruction.
We’re extremely proud of our program’s ongoing success, with numerous apprentices having successfully completed the program since inception.
