Peter began his career as an apprentice and has built over 30 years of experience across the industry. With a strong trade background, Peter has progressed through a range of leadership roles including Workshop Manager and Branch Manager in Mackay, where he developed a reputation for operational excellence and team development.

Now serving as Regional Manager, Peter combines hands-on technical knowledge with leadership skills to support teams, drive performance, and deliver results across the region. He also holds a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
