Simon is an accomplished operational leader with over 30 years of management experience and a proven track record of delivering results. Having held various roles within Coventry Group, Simon has developed a strong understanding of the business and its operations.

For the past 10 years, he has led National Operations for the Fluids business, supporting key initiatives across acquisitions, branch relocations, continuous improvement, major projects, quality assurance, inventory management, procurement, fleet management, and business reporting.
